The Linx LC Series is ideally suited for volume OEM use in short-range applications such as remote control, security, identification, and periodic data transfer where low power consumption and affordability are primary issues.

The Linx LC Series is ideally suited for volume OEM use in short-range applications such as remote control, security, identification, and periodic data transfer where low power consumption and affordability are primary issues. These tiny SMD modules are based on a simple, but highly optimized Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) architecture, which delivers an unmatched blend of performance, size, efficiency, and cost. The modules operate from 2.7 to 5.2VDC and feature a transmission range in excess of 350 feet at data rates to 5kbps. No external RF components are required (except an antenna). This, along with the LC's direct serial interface, makes design integration straightforward, even for engineers without previous RF experience. A range of standard and custom UHF frequencies is available.
