Resonator Thermostat

Model VF37RT is a precision resonator-thermostat in a TO-8 package that features 150-mW maximum power consumption at an operating temperature of +25°C. Designed for SARSAT/COSPAS applications, the device incorporates a third O/T SC-cut crystal with a 12-V integral temperature controller. Warm-up time is less than 15 sec, and frequency stability is better than 2 x 10^-8 across –20 to +75°C.
