Rantec Microwave Antenna is Sold

ESCO Electronics Corporation (St. Louis, MO) has completed the sale of its microwave antenna product line, historically operated as part of Rantec Microwave & Electronics Inc, to a group of private investors.

The company sold the contract order backlog and operating assets of the microwave antenna product line for $2.1 million in cash, plus contingent consideration based on future operating results over the next two years.

The company previously announced its intent to sell the microwave antenna product line as part of its ongoing strategy to sharpen its focus on its primary served markets.
