More and more applications require low signal probing in frost-free, low temperature surroundings. SUSS' ProbeShield guarantees the perfect environment for these purposes whilst providing unsurpassed modularity and versatility. Two versions are available -- with or without covers. Both enable probing within a light-tight, frost-free environment from –65° C to +300° C. With the addition of covers ("EMC" version), the ProbeShield serves as a simulated Faraday Cage, preventing Electro-Magnetic and RF interference of the measurement.

Both the EMC and IS versions are available as a manual, semiautomatic or fully automatic system.
