Power Rectifiers

A series of GaAs Schottky power rectifiers offers switching speeds up to 2 MHz. Available in either 10-A single or 20-A common cathode configurations, the rectifiers feature typical reverse recovery switching time of 13 ns. They are housed in a TO-220 package and are offered in either 150V or 180V configurations.

Applications include switch-mode power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, and other power-inverter circuits.
