Power Amplifier Solutions for EW-Electronic Attack

Empower RF designs and manufactures power amplifiers for integration into systems that prevent Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices from activating. These jamming systems are used to disrupt radio signals between the trigger man and the IED itself. Empower RF uses the latest thermally enhanced GaN on Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices available. The increased power density that GaN provides means that Empower RF has been able to design small and light broadband power amplifiers.
