PLL (Phase-Locked Loop) Synthesizer

RFHIC introduces PLL synthesizers targeted for WiMAX and LTE wireless infrastructure markets. Various 2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz PLL synthesizer series for the WiMAX and LTE markets are available from the factory right now. Superior phase noise specifications such as -95dBc/Hz at 1 KHz and -105dBc/Hz at 10 KHz are some of the testing results RFHIC provides.

PLF series which is a fixed frequency PLL Synthesizer including ROM,
PLV series which is a variable frequency type,
PLA series which is a fixed frequency type with ROM & TCXO
PLT series which is a variable frequency type with TCXO.

Standard package sizes vary with specifications, and is available in PS-16(19x19x6.6mm), or PS-32(20x15x3.8mm) package, and is lead-free/RoHS compliant.
