Planar Electronics Technology Acquires Planar Filter Company

Frederick, MD -- Planar Electronics Technology has announced its recent acquisition of Planar Filter Company (PFC). This acquisition will allow Planar Electronics Technology to continue supplying filters, switch filter banks and filter assemblies to the RF/Microwave community.

For several years Planar Electronics Technology has been using Planar Filter Company as its sole source of RF/Microwave filters to be integrated into assemblies, sub-systems and system integration work.

Planar Filter Company will continue to support the RF/Microwave community with its products as a division of Planar Electronics Technology, Inc.
