Krytar offers Standard Broad Band Planar Doped Barrier Detectors in the following frequency bandwidths: 10 MHz to 20 GHz, 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz, 10 MHz to 40 GHz, 100 MHz to 20 GHz, 100 MHz to 26.5 GHz, and 100 MHz to 40 GHz.

Frequency Response (dB): ±0.3 to ±1.0 depending on model selected

Maximum VSWR: 1.3:1 to 1.5:1 depending on model selected

Low Level Sensitivity (µV/µW): 0.4

Output Capacitance (pF): 3.0 or 30 depending on model selected

Output Polarity: Negative (Positive available on request).

RF Input Connectors: 3.5 mm Male, 2.4 mm Male, K Male depending on model selected

Output Connectors: SMA Female, BNC Female, SMC Jack, BNC Female, depending on model selected.
