Datasheet: PIN Diode Switch

Aeroflex introduces a new series of high power PIN diode switch assemblies for use as antenna horizontal or vertical polarization for radio applications in the 2 GHz range, up to 20 GHz. The switch assemblies are SPDT configuration and accepts a transceiver input, and connects one or two antenna outputs, either one at a time, or both simultaneously, with the desired switchable 90 degree phase off-sets.
