Phased Locked Oscillators With Output Frequencies Between 50 MHz – 6000 MHz
Pasternack offers a new line of phase locked oscillators (PLO) designed to deliver accurate and stable output frequencies between 50 MHz to 6000 MHz. These oscillators provide excellent phase noise and spurious performance, making them ideal for radar and other exciter or frequency generation applications, as well as for use in phase locked loops, frequency synthesizers function generators, and as local oscillator sources in receiver and transmitter stages.
The 20 new PLO models come in fixed output frequencies of 50, 100, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, and 6000 MHz. Features include phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset, a buffered output power level of +7 dBm, and low second harmonic and spurious suppression levels of -25 dBc and -70 dBc respectively. They require an external frequency reference of either 10 MHz or 100 MHz, and feature a TTL lock detect output to signal an out-of-lock condition. Each model is RoHS compliant and available in either SMA-connectorized or compact surface mount packages.
