Flexibility for Your Entire Product Life Cycle

As the result of a multi-year capital investment program, we can offer some of the industry's latest technological advancements to our customers.  From this investment, you will benefit from improvements in:
  • Cost (via increased automation)
  • Deliveries (via enhanced cycle times, quicker changeovers, and increased overall capacity)
  • Quality (via improved accuracy, repeatability, and in-line inspection)

But any successful investment in technology and automation should have some degree of similar results.  Where you will recognize a more uncommon benefit is the increase in our ability to be flexible.  This flexibility helps us be a better vendor, because we are enthusiastically willing and able to serve you at any and all points in the life cycles of your products:

  • Design modification and finalization, and prototyping iterations- the smallest volume runs
  • Pilot and intial production runs- small volumes
  • Full production- small, medium, or high volumes
This flexibility is due to the modular design of our multiple production lines and the quick changeover capability of the equipment populating the lines.  All lines are independently capable of building a completed PCB assembly, serving different customers simultaneously.  Multiple lines can be configured together when higher volumes are necessary.  We assign your small- to medium-volume levels to the best-fitting independent production line, but have the option of configuring multilple lines together should you need even higher capacity.

Our current assembly line configuration consists of:
  • Four (4) dedicated Surface Mount (SMT) assembly lines
  • Four (4) dedicated Plated Through Hole (PTH) assembly lines, and
  • One (1) undedicated/interchangeable line
