Optoisolators

Models HCPL-0560 and HCPL-0561 are dual-channel, bi-directional optoisolators that offer data rates up to 1 MB/d. Housed in a SOIC-8 surface-mount package, the devices are well-suited for use in serial-data transmission applications such as RS-232 and RS-485. They are recognized under UL 1577 to withstand-proof voltages of 2,500 V RMS for 1 minute.
