The On-Line Co-Design package is a service that allows RF and microwave circuit designers to design over the Internet. Users of the service have access to circuit elements from the company's Multi-Mix multilayer packaging technology and design tools from HP EEsof. Multi-Mix technology is a microwave design and manufacturing process based on fluropolymer composite substrates that are fusion-bonded together into a planar, multilayer structure. Bonded layers contain embedded semiconductors, MMICs, etched resistors, circuit patterns, and vias.
