New 400W P1dB RF Power Amplfier From Teseq

Teseq now offers an 1.0 - 6.0GHz 400W P1dB RF power amplifier (CBA D-series) This 400 watt P1dB amplifier is ideal for radiated and conducted RF EMC immunity testing in the commercial, automotive, aerospace and military markets.

Our high power density, design has allowed us to produce a 400 watt, 1.0GHz to 6.0GHz amplifier in a 20U Rack. With a minimum of 400 watts of linear power this amplifier is ideal for RF immunity testing in a GTEM Cell or with a wide range of available horn antenna such as the Teseq BHA range. Readily integrated with the Teseq ITS6006 80MHz to 6GHz test system these amplifiers can form part of a broadband test system. The touch screen colour display gives an immediate visual indication of forward and reverse power along with the current operating status of the amplifier and access to diagnostic information such as gate current and heatsink temperature.

USB, Ethernet, GPIB and RS232 interface come standard for data control and feedback.
