New MMIC Frequency Doubler Generates Output Signals From 4 To 14 GHz

Mini-Circuits has expanded our portfolio of semiconductor products to give you more options and more capabilities. The CY2-143+ ultra-wideband MMIC frequency doubler converts input signals from 2 to 7 GHz into output signals from 4 to 14 GHz. This new model’s extremely wide output frequency range makes it suitable for wideband applications such as defense and instrumentation, as well as a broad array of narrowband applications. It has an input power range from +12 to +18 dBm and provides low conversion loss of 12 dB with excellent suppression of fundamental signal and unwanted harmonics (F1, 30 dBc; F3; 32 dBc). Fabricated using HBT process technology on GaAs, the multiplier comes housed in a tiny 4 x 4 x 1mm MCLP package and provides excellent repeatability, good thermal efficiency, and low cost.

The CY2-143+ ultra-wideband MMIC multiplier is available off the shelf for $5.95 each (qty. 50). Place your order online today and have them in hand as soon as tomorrow!
