A 4.2mm2 six-lead SOT-363 package is available with the same outside dimension of the SOT-323 three-lead package used for the company's line of PIN and Schottky-barrier diodes. Applications include those that require compact designs such as digital cellular phones and DECT handsets. Available series include the HSMP-38xa, HSMS-28xK, and HSMS-286K.
