Stanford Microdevices new NGA-1 and NGA-2 series are broadband InGaP/GaAs HBT amplifiers offering excellent output IP3 and flat gain response for applications from DC to 6 GHz
N/Acrodevices new NGA-1 and NGA-2 series are broadband InGaP/GaAs HBT amplifiers offering excellent output IP3 and flat gain response for applications from DC to 6 GHz. Designed with InGaP/GaAs process technology for improved reliability, these RFICs utilize a Darlington configuration for broadband performance and are ideal for use in applications covering cellular, ISM and PCS applications. NGA-1 operates from DC to 6 GHz and NGA-2 operates from DC-4 GHz. Both devices are available in 86 mil and SOT-25 surface-mount packages.
