CL-336P

Santa Clara, CA -- California Eastern Laboratories (CEL) has announced the availability of a new HJ-FET from NEC. The NE3503M04 is designed to serve a wide variety of C- to Ku-Band applications, including use as an LNA, mixer, and high gain amplifier for LNBs in direct broadcast satellite systems.

The NE3503M04 delivers the following typical performance specs (@ 12GHz, 2V, 10mA):

    Noise Figure: 0.55 dB
    Associated Gain: 11.5 dB

The NE3503M04 is housed in NEC's miniature, 4-pin M04 package. Ideal for compact, low profile designs, this Pb-Free package measures 2 mm by 1.25 mm by 0.59 mm. Its flat-lead design helps reduce package parasitics for better overall RF performance.

The NE3503M04 is in stock now and ready for delivery.
