The MXPD70 is an advanced solderless multicoax compression mount solution engineered for high-performance test environments where soldered components are impractical. Designed to support data rates up to 112 Gbps and frequencies to 70 GHz, MXPD70 delivers superior signal integrity and reproducibility, ensuring precise, reliable results in high-speed digital evaluation, reference boards, and system testing applications.

Its solderless interface eliminates the need for PCB solder-down components, simplifying assembly while reducing potential damage to boards. With a dense 3.4 mm pitch, the MXPD70 allows closer placement to devices under test, and both straight and right-angle 1×8 versions are available. A super-low-profile design of only 11.9 mm accommodates applications with limited clearance, such as under heaters. Identical layouts for straight and right-angle versions reduce simulation efforts and simplify replacement. Integrated swivel-mounted protection safeguards unused interfaces, extending product life.

Technically, the MXPD70 features excellent return and insertion loss performance, phase match precision of ±1 ps, and durability exceeding 500 matings. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and rated for operating temperatures from 0 °C to 125 °C. Supporting accessories include breakout assemblies, jumpers, stiffeners, and high-performance MULTIFLEX 53-02 cabling capable of 100 GHz operation.
