The RX5000 series amplifier-sequenced hybrid (ASH) receivers are designed for short-range control and data applications. The series includes a 433.92 MHz product, which is designed for European applications, and a 315 MHz version, which is developed at the North American and Asian markets. All critical RF functions, including surface-acoustic-wave (SAW) filters and a log detector, are contained within the hybrid receivers. The chips also include a built-in sleep mode, which can be employed to reduce current consumption.
