MtronPTI Announces Launch Of Shanghai Rep Office

MtronPTI, a world leader in Frequency Control and Filter products, announced that it has successfully registered and launched the Company's Shanghai office in mainland China. The new office is a permanent representative office of MtronPTI's Hong Kong subsidiary. The Shanghai office is now fully operational, effectively expanding the Company's abilities in providing world-class customer service and broadened sales support by our application engineers in the region.

MtronPTI's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dick Thompson said, "Expanding our footprint into mainland China by establishing a permanent representative office in Shanghai is another step in our efforts to provide the highest levels of customer service to our existing customer base in the region, and to strategically place our application engineers and sales support staff for penetrating the Asian OEM markets." The office is currently staffed by four employees and provides a consistent point of contact for significant portions of our global business, including support for our customers, contract manufacturers and other members of our supply chain. Mr. Thompson noted, "This investment demonstrates our commitment to the region and to pursuing our strategic objective of capturing market share in these growing markets."

MtronPTI's Hong Kong office has served the region as a sales and distribution center for more than 15 years and is a key element of our global customer support team and supply chain. Hong Kong coordinates the Company's ability to provide customer support 24 hours a day, around the world.
