Moseley Associates, Inc. Acquires Assets Of E-Band Communications

Moseley Associates, Inc. announced that it has completed an agreement to acquire the assets, intellectual property rights as well as key employees of E-Band Communications Corp.

E-Band Communications specializes in 70/80 GHz, point-to-point backhaul solutions for high capacity networks, including macro-cell and small-cell backhaul solutions, and have been serving businesses and government agencies supporting radios in 3G/4G, LTE, mobile backhaul, military, and private networks.

Moseley is an ISO 9001 company with offices in Santa Barbara, California; Richmond, Virginia; San Diego, California; and the U.K., France, and Egypt. Moseley and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Axxcelera Broadband Wireless and CarrierComm, offer wireless solutions from 9.6 kbps to 1 Gbps covering the 250 MHz to 38 GHz spectrum for both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint applications for the broadcast, carrier, broadband enterprise, and service provider marketplaces. Moseley uses proprietary technologies and owns more than 50 patents. The company has delivered more than a million radios deployed in over 120 countries.

The E-Band business will be conducted through a new wholly owned Moseley subsidiary, E-Band Communications, LLC.
