Modelithics Releases COMPLETE Library v26.2 For Keysight Genesys With Expanded Measurement-Based Models

Modelithics, the industry leader in providing innovative and high-quality custom modeling and measurement services for RF, microwave, semiconductor and millimeter-wave electronic devices, is pleased to announce the release of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library v26.2 for Keysight RF Synthesis (Genesys), delivering expanded component coverage and new capabilities designed to accelerate design workflows and improve simulation efficiency. This latest release introduces 42 new, highly scalable, models representing over 2,700 new components from 15 vendors, further strengthening the breadth and depth of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library representing over 31,000 commercial components.

Expanded Model Coverage Across Leading Component Vendors - Version 26.2 significantly enhances available passive component models, including new additions from: Amotech, Kyocera-AVX, Coilcraft, Dalicap, International Manufacturing Services, Knowles, Murata, NIC Components, Passive Plus, Susumu, TDK, TTM Technologies and Vishay. These new models span capacitors, inductors, and resistors with validated performance across a wide range of frequencies, substrates, and part values. The Modelithics CLR Library continues to deliver measurement-based Global Microwave Models, which are equivalent circuit models with unique multi-dimensional scaling capabilities, including substrate scaling, pad scaling, and part-value scaling, along with accurate modeling of high-order resonances and effective series resistance.

System-Component-Level Modeling Enhancements - The Modelithics COMPLETE Library offering continues to expand its palates of accurate models for functional system blocks—such as filters, attenuators, and amplifiers—leveraging the same proven measurement-based extraction and techniques and measurement-validated performance used across all Modelithics libraries.

About Modelithics, Inc.
Modelithics, Inc. (www.Modelithics.com) was formed in 2001 to address the industry-wide need for high-accuracy RF and microwave active and passive simulation models for use in Electronic Design Automation (EDA). Modelithics’ premium product is the Modelithics COMPLETE Library, containing highly scalable Microwave Global Models, and advanced behavioral models for a multitude of commercially available passive component families, as well as non-linear diode models, non-linear transistor models, and system-level component models. Modelithics’ services also address a wide range of custom RF and microwave measurement and modeling needs. Modelithics product offerings, which support multiple EDA software platforms, also include the Modelithics mmWave Library, Modelithics System Components Library the Modelithics COMPLETE+3D Library. Modelithics is a registered trademark of Modelithics, Inc. Microwave Global Models, and System Components Library are also trademarks of Modelithics, Inc. The Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) Program allows for collaboration and open communication during the development of advanced data sets and models for commercially available microwave components and devices, with flexible sponsorship and distribution arrangements for the resulting data and models. An example of such an arrangement is the Modelithics Qorvo GaN Library, a fully sponsored library distributed for free by Modelithics under the sponsorship of Qorvo. Modelithics also offers a Standard and Custom Test Fixture and Accessory Product Line, for a family of thin film Probe Point Alumina substrate fixtures compatible with RF probing.
