Modelithics Enhances Its Non-Linear Transistor Library For Agilent ADS

Tampa, FL -- Modelithics, Inc. has released an enhanced version of its Non-Linear Transistor Model Library for Agilent-ADS. This Modelithics NLT Library upgrade adds several new models, representing dual-gate MOSFET, LDMOS, HBT and HEMT from NXP, NEC and Mitsubishi companies with feature and documentation updates to previously released models.

With this update, Modelithics continues to expand its collection of well-documented transistor models. The library consists of high accuracy non-linear and noise models from leading semiconductor manufacturers like Avago, Eudyna, Freescale, Infineon, NEC, On-Semi, Mitsubishi and NXP. The NLT Library addresses noise, substrate-scalability, temperature dependence, broad-bandwidth and high power, among other stringent requirements of state-of-the-art RF & microwave design.
