Description
The FPA series of broadband power amplifiers are based on GaAs pHEMT MMIC technology, and provide excellent performance up to 50GHz. The amplifiers include internal voltage regulators. The amplifiers are offered with coaxial input/output connectors as standard. The FPA amplifiers are suited to transmitter type applications where a maximum system output power is critical.
