Mini-Circuits Labs (MCL) And Virginia Diodes Inc. (VDI) To Demonstrate 90–140 GHz Signal Generator At EuMW 2025

Mini-Circuits and Virginia Diodes Inc. are pleased to announce a joint demonstration of a high-frequency signal generator capable of sweeping from 90 to 140 GHz with flat output power. This advanced signal source operates in the F-Band frequency range and supports a wide range of emerging technologies.

The demonstration highlights the potential of this solution to enable ultra-high-speed wireless networks for 6G, enhanced augmented and virtual reality experiences, high-resolution imaging, non-invasive sensing for medical and security applications, and high-bandwidth wireless interconnects within data centers.

Attendees of European Microwave Week (EuMW) in Utrecht, Netherlands, are invited to visit the Mini-Circuits and VDI booths from September 23–25, 2025, to experience the live demonstration and explore how this technology is shaping the future of high-frequency innovation.
