These Millimeter Wave SPST PIN Switches operate in the 18 to 110 GHz frequency range and feature high ON/OFF ratio, fast switching speed, full waveguide bandwidth up to 75 GHz, and more. They’re ideal for pulse modulation, receiver protection, and signal or load switching applications.
The standard switching speed on these PIN switches is typically 20 ns from low insertion loss state to isolation state, 150 ns from isolation state to low insertion loss state. The PSP series can be ordered with or without a TTL driver. These PIN switches can also be used as voltage-controlled variable attenuators.
