The QPC1022 is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch designed for specific use in switch applications requiring very low insertion loss, and high power handling capabilities with minimal DC power consumption. With excellent linearity performance and a frequency range of 5 MHz to 6 GHz, this SPDT switch is ideal for use in cellular base stations.
