100 MHz Low Phase Noise VCXO: VCXO-V7XXX-LF

KVG Quartz Crystal Technology offers the VCXO-V7XXX-LF oscillator designed to operate in frequencies up to 100 MHz with ±40 ppm frequency stability. The VCXO delivers the sine wave output signal at an output level of more than 10 dBm with a supply of 12 V. It features a modulation bandwidth of more than 1 kHz at -3dB cut off frequency, and draws less than 30 mA of current.
The VCXO-V7XXX-LF also has a phase noise of less than -175 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to + 85 °C.
