Qorvo delivers the QPL7442 low noise, high gain, wide bandwidth MMIC pHEMT single ended RF amplifier IC featuring 20 dB of flat gain. This IC is designed to support CPE front end, cable, satellite and terrestrial TV, home gateways, and cable modems from 50 to 4000 MHz using a single 5 V supply.
The QPL7442 offers low noise and distortion plus high gain in a 2 x 2 8-pin DFN package. Additional features include a low noise figure at 1.2 dB @ 1.2 GHz, high linearity of +33/7 dBm @ 1.2 GHz, and an adjustable bias using external resistors.
