10MHz - 20GHz, Broadband High Gain Distributed Amplifier: AMM2-0020UH Datasheet

The AMM2-0020UH is a high-performance broadband distributed amplifier designed for operation across a wide 10 MHz to 20 GHz frequency range.

This device is well-suited for applications such as Test and Measurement Equipment, Radar, SATCOM, and Electronic warfare equipment.

Key Performance Features

The amplifier boasts a high 29 dB flat gain response and a low 2.5 dB noise figure (NF) across the 1 GHz to 10 GHz frequency band. Its noise figure remains low, at a typical 3 dB from 10 GHz to 20 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 23 dBm and excellent 15 dB typical Output Return Loss.

Operating and Physical Characteristics

The AMM2-0020UH is designed for straightforward integration, operating with a single positive bias supply in a range from 5.5 V to 20 V. The nominal bias voltage is 8 V. The module includes an internal voltage sequencer and is housed in a 1.0′'×1.7′′ connectorized module, designated as "UH". The RF Input port is internally DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohms, and the RF Output port is also internally DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohms. The maximum RF Input Power is limited to 10 dBm.
