700 - 2700 MHz General Purpose DPDT Transfer Switch: QPC6222 Datasheet

The QPC6222 is a double-pole double-throw (DPDT) transfer switch designed for general purpose switching applications where RF port transfer control is needed. Its supply voltage is intended for connection to +2.8 V systems, but the device is also able to operate from +2.4 V to 3.5 V. The RF ports can be directly connected in 50 Ω systems and control logic is compatible with +1.3 V to +2.7 V systems.
