45 – 1218 MHz GaAs/GaN Power Doubler Modules

Qorvo offers a family of power doubler amplifier SMD modules operating from 45 MHz to 1218 MHz, and providing excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability.
These devices employ GaAs pHEMT die, as well as GaN HEMT die. Each device’s current can be externally adjusted for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption over a wide range of output level. These power doubler modules are made available for output stage amplification in CATV infrastructure applications within the 45 – 1218 MHz bandwidth.
