MESFET for VSAT

Model NEZ5964-35E is a 35-W power GaAs MESFET designed to provide output power for C-Band VSAT and telecom transmitters. It typically delivers +45.5 dBm output power at 1-dB compression, 10-dB linear gain, and 40% PAE. Input and output circuits are internally matched to 50 W.
