Maximize Connector Density Without Sacrificing Performance Using HD-BNC Bulkhead Connector

Amphenol RF is pleased to announce an HD-BNC bulkhead connector into our extensive coaxial connector portfolio. This connector offers a bulkhead mount to securely attach the connector to a panel. The high-density form factor allows customers to attach up to four times as many connectors as a standard BNC on a single panel. The bayonet coupling mechanism provides secure mating while still allowing for simple mating and unmating. These connectors are suited for high-frequency broadcasting and telecommunications applications.< /p>

The bulkhead HD-BNC connector features a gold-plated brass body and gold-plated beryllium copper contact with a nut, inner ferrule, bullet contact and sleeve. The gold-plating provides superior corrosion resistance and conductivity, with the connector supporting frequencies of up to 9 GHz. This connector is engineered for a variety of micro-coax cable types including RG-178, 0.81, 1.13 and 1.37 mm cable.< /p>

The HD-BNC bulkhead joins a growing catalog of coaxial connectors engineered to meet the rising demand for interconnect solutions in the broadcasting market.< /p>
