MASW-000936 High-Power Tx/Rx Switch

The MASW-000936 is an SPDT high power, broadband, high linearity, PIN diode Tx/Rx switch for
applications from 50 MHz to 6.0 GHz, including WiMAX and WiFi. This device incorporates PIN diode die fabricated with M/A-COM Tech's low loss, high isolation switching diode process. It handles up to 120 Watts CW at 2.7 GHz at 85 ºC.
