Qorvo solutions cover relevant 5G bands, such as 3.5, 4.8 and 28 and 39GHz. Sub 6 GHz product solutions include dual channel switch LNA modules for the receiver and fully integrated Doherty PA modules for the transmitter. Qorvo is also addressing higher frequency applications with fully integrated front end modules (w/ switch, LNA, PA).
