Management Change Announced For ETS-Lindgren

CEDAR PARK, Texas – October 10, 2022 – ETS-Lindgren announced that Bruce Butler, President of ETS-Lindgren, will be retiring at the end of November. In his place, Andy Warner will assume the role as President of ETS-Lindgren to guide the company through its next chapter. This transition will become effective on December 1, 2022.
Mr. Warner is well suited to guide ETS-Lindgren to the next level, having been with the company for seven years as Chief Financial Officer. He holds a BS degree in Financial Counseling & Planning from Purdue University and an MBA from University of Texas. Prior to joining ETS-Lindgren, he spent time at Advanced Micro Devices, Sikorsky, and Lockheed Martin in various roles. “Andy is smart, hardworking and customer focused – I know he will do a great job leading ETS-Lindgren in the future!” said Mr. Butler.
Mr. Butler reflected fondly on his time and his colleagues at ETS-Lindgren, “I am truly blessed to have worked with so many wonderful and talented people. I have also been privileged to work for a very principled and ethical parent company, ESCO Technologies. I am thankful, and very proud, to have been part of ETS-Lindgren and the ESCO family for a quarter of a century!” He added, “ETS-Lindgren is a great company because we have great people that do amazing things.”
The effective leadership by Mr. Butler has resulted in the growth of ETS-Lindgren that we enjoy and our customers rely on, from 52 employees in 1994 when he joined the company, to the some 750 employees worldwide today. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Butler has been committed to building a strong foundation for our employees and customers. In addition, our product and services offering is diverse and remains robust thanks to Mr. Butler’s guidance.
