The Qorvo QPG6200L is a highly reliable and robust multi-protocol System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for next-generation IoT applications.

Leveraging Qorvo’s ConcurrentConnect™ technology, it enables true simultaneous operation across Matter (over Thread), Zigbee, and Bluetooth® Low Energy, making it ideal for connected lighting, smart sensors, and wearables.

The device is engineered for superior communication reliability, featuring antenna diversity for both Bluetooth Low Energy and IEEE 802.15.4, which improves link budget by 8 dB and delivers up to 70% greater range compared to single-antenna systems. Multi-radio and multi-channel capabilities allow continuous scanning and concurrent operation across multiple networks without blind spots. Its IEEE 802.15.4 Packet-in-Packet resynchronization further enhances performance in dense environments.

Optimized for low-power operation, the QPG6200L can run on a standard lithium coin cell battery, supported by integrated power management, battery monitoring, and graceful shutdown capabilities. It operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band with worldwide regulatory compliance (ETSI EN 300 328, FCC Part 15) and supports adjustable transmit power up to +10 dBm.

At its core, the SoC integrates an Arm Cortex-M4 processor running up to 192 MHz, with 2 MB flash memory and 336 KB retention RAM. Its advanced Secure Element offers secure boot, PUF-based key storage, secure provisioning, attestation, and anti-tamper protections, along with hardware-accelerated AES, SHA, and elliptic curve cryptography.

Developers benefit from Qorvo’s turnkey kits with reference designs and software, simplifying product development while minimizing BOM. Compact in a 32-pin QFN package, the QPG6200L delivers performance, security, and efficiency for future-proof IoT solutions.
