Low-Barrier Silicon Schottky Diode: SMS7621-060

The SMS7621-060 is a silicon, low-barrier N-type Schottky diode. This surface mount diode has an ultra-miniature 0201 footprint, and a low series resistance which enables great performance as a low-level mixer at frequencies above 26 GHz.
The SMS7621-060 Schottky can be incorporated into mixer, sampling, and sensitive detector circuit applications that cover the 24 GHz band.

- Reverse voltage - 2V maximum
- Operating temperature of -65 to +150 °C
- Suitable for use above 26 GHz
