Live From IMS2011: NI Demos W-CDMA, LTE Measurements On New Vector Signal Analyzer

David Hall, product marketing manager for National Instruments (NI), conducts a side-by-side demonstration of NI's new PXIe-5665 signal analyzer and Agilent Technologies' PXA signal analyzer, comparing adjacent-channel power (ACP) dynamic range and measurement time on W-CDMA signals, and error vector magnitude (EVM) measurements for LTE. The 3.6 GHz PXIe-5665, released earlier this year, features an IF amplitude response of ±0.15 dB and low phase noise of -129 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset at 800 MHz.
