Live From IMS2011: New Family Of Wideband Transistors

Erick A. Olsen, business development director at NXP Semiconductors, highlights a new family of wideband transistors that can be used in a variety of applications, including oscillators, mixers, and LNAs. NXP has an apps team that works closely with customers to drive unique applications for the transistors. A new product introduction announcement will be coming out in the next few weeks in which the full capabilities will be discussed.
