AWR applications engineer Mark Saffian discusses some of the new features in the Microwave Office RF/microwave design software and AXIEM electromagnetic simulator, both part of the company's AWR 2011 design suite release. Among them are data sets — stored results for different geometries — in Microwave Office, as well as asynchronous EM simulation capabilities and user-defined parameterized modules in AXIEM.
