Linx Technologies Introduces New 869.85 MHz RF Module
Grants Pass, OR -- Linx announced the newest member of the ES Series of RF modules. This new model operates at 869.85 MHz, which is suitable for export wireless applications. The ES Series can add analog or digital capabilities to any design. This allows a variety of applications, including data links, audio links, process and status control, home and industrial automation, security, remote control / command, and monitoring.
Housed in a SMD package, the ES Series offers a combination of features. The ES utilizes an advanced FM / FSK-based synthesized architecture to provide performance and noise immunity when compared to AM / OOK solutions. A 56 kbps maximum data rate and wide-range analog capability make the ES Series equally at home with digital data or analog sources such as audio. Also included are a Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI), power-down, audio reference voltage, output power level adjust, low voltage detect, and a microprocessor clock source. As with all Linx modules, the ES Series requires no tuning or external components (except an antenna).
