Lindgren Purchase Completed by ESCO

ESCO Electronics Corp. (St. Louis) has completed its previously-announced purchase of Lindgren RF Enclosures and Lindgren-Rayproof for approximately $25 million in cash.

With annual sales in excess of $40 million, Lindgren is a supplier of RF shielding products and components used by manufacturers of medical equipment, communications systems and electronic products. Lindgren's products include shielding for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) rooms, shielded test enclosures, RF filters, and other related components.

Headquartered in the Chicago area, Lindgren employs approximately 250 people and operates facilities in Wisconsin, Florida, the UK, and Singapore.
