KRYTAR Announces New Compact ULTRA+ 4-Way Power Divider Covers 3 To 40 GHz

KRYTAR, Inc., a leader in the design and production of ultra-broadband microwave components and test equipment announces a new ULTRA+ 4-Way Power Divider offering high performance over the ultra-broadband frequency range of 3.0 to 40.0 GHz in a compact package.

KRYTAR’s New line of ULTRA+ high-performance 4-Way Power Dividers offer the tightest specifications in the industry and lend themselves to emerging wireless ultra-broadband designs and many test and measurement applications including emerging mmWave and 6G markets. KRYTAR has used its proprietary design to produce a wide assortment of matched-line directional dividers (MLDD) with ultra-high performance over a broadband frequency range.

KRYTAR’s ULTRA+ 4-way Power Divider, Model ULTRA7030400K, offers high performance over the ultra-broadband frequency range of 3.0 to 40.0 GHz (S- thru Ka-Bands). This new ULTRA+ Power Divider is not “typical” in performance. Important specifications when determining how to use a power divider includes insertion loss, amplitude and phase balance and return losses. The 4-way power divider exhibits Insertion Loss of <3.4 dB and a Maximum Input VSWR of 1.9 (3-32 GHz), 2.5 (32-40 GHz) and Output VSWR of 1.7 (3-32 GHz), 2.0 (32-40 GHz).

KRYTAR’s technological advances provide excellent operating performance of this new 4-way unit. Model ULTRA7030400K covers the full ultra-broadband frequency range from 3.0 to 40.0 GHz with >13 dB Isolation and ±0.35 dB of maximum Amplitude Tracking. Maximum Phase Tracking is ±10 degrees over the full band. Amplitude and Phase Tracking is the ratio of one output to the other output in dB or degrees respectively. This 4-way power divider is a compact package measuring just 2.64 inches (L) x 2.30 inches (W) x 0.40 inches (H), weighs only 4.1-ounces, and comes with standard 2.92-mm coaxial Female connectors.
