100 W Ka-Band TWT Amplifier With Rackmount Configuration: dB-4164
dB-Control offers the dB-4164 traveling wave tube amplifier (TWTA) for power amplification of CW, AM, FM or pulse-modulated signals. Operating in the 26.5 to 40 GHz frequency range, this TWTA provides 100 Watts minimum output power, and proprietary low-noise, high-efficiency designs to operate the RF signal path.
The dB-4164 features an embedded micro-controller to deliver interface, control, and protection functions, as well as extensive fault diagnostics and status indication. The amplifier is packaged in a standard 19-inch rack-mount configuration with an integral, forced air cooling system. This TWTA is ideal for a variety of applications including electronic warfare (EW) simulation, RFI susceptibility testing, component testing, and antenna pattern and radar cross-section measurements.
