Ka-Band TWT Amplifier: dB-3861 Datasheet

The dB-3861 is equipped with an embedded micro-controller that provides the interface, control and protection functions, and its status indication. This amplifier features an operating frequency range of 32 to 36 GHz, and a minimum peak output power of 400 Watts at a duty cycle of up to 25 percent.
