Integrated Front End

The STV series has been extended with two devices that integrate the front-end functions of cable and satellite systems. Model STV0299 is a multistandard (QPSK, BPSK) demodulator for use in digital satellite receivers and set-top boxes. It features a 45-MHz carrier loop tracking range and a 90-MHz sampling rate. Model STV0297 is a single-chip QAM demodulator that is compliant with DVB-C and ITU J83-A specifications and can also decode ITU J83-C bitstreams.
